Triply has the following cancelation procedures:
If the reservation is canceled 48 hours or less before check-in, or after check-in, the amount to be refunded is 50% of the reservation amount for the nights not stayed.
If the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours, and 30 days or less, before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.
If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before check-in, the fee is 10% of the reservation amount.
Yes, each reservation has a cancellation policy that includes penalties. You can review the policy in your Trips > Upcoming Trips. When you click any of the bookings, you will get to see the cancelation policy and the penalty that applies to that particular reservation before making the cancelation.
To cancel a booking, navigate to your Trips, select the Upcoming tab, choose the specific booking, and proceed to cancel the reservation. You will also be able to see the cancelation policy that applies to that particular booking.
Refunds are determined by the cancelation policy that applies to your reservation. If a refund is to be issued, it is processed within one to five hours and it is issued to the original form of payment.
If a host cancels a reservation right before check-in, guests will automatically receive a full refund. If a host cancels 30 days or less before check-in, and a guest contacts Triply, we will help you find comparable or better accommodations.
Triply understands that some events are beyond our guests’ control. Therefore, we have an Extenuating Circumstances Policy that covers such events. Guests who are impacted by an event covered by this policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund, travel credit, and/or other considerations.
Unforeseen circumstances covered by this policy include:
Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency, that prevent travel to the destination.
Government-declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. Please be advised that this does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area.
Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location.
Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.
Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events.
