Yes, your payment is always secure with Triply. Payments are reflected in your wallet under Finances, which is accessible through the Menu and your wallet is secured by your unique PIN.
Once a guest or traveler makes a payment, the money goes directly to your wallet. Hosts can withdraw the funds 24 hours after the guest checks in.
To withdraw your money, go to your Menu, click on the Finance section, and, insert your PIN. Select your preferred withdrawal method, including Pay Bill, Buy Goods, Buy Airtime, Pay Employees, or Send Money.
Hosts who encounter challenges withdrawing their money after the 24-hour window should contact Triply’s Customer Support team at 0748666444 to receive assistance.
At Triply, guests and travelers make payments using MPESA.
Once a traveler/guest pays for a booking, the host receives a notification indicating that a booking has been made and is awaiting approval. Similarly, guests receive a notification informing them that their trip is awaiting approval. Hosts then have the option to approve or decline the booking. Upon confirmation or cancellation by the host, both parties receive notifications regarding the approval or denial of the booking.
Once you approve a booking, the payment is automatically reflected in your wallet. To see your wallet balance, go to your Menu, click on the Finance section, and, insert your PIN. Once you do so, you will be able to view the current and available balance.
