How Can I Change My Payment Method?

Currently, our platform only supports MPESA payments. We are working to integrate more payment methods to give you more flexibility. Keep tuned for updates.

Can I Pay When I Arrive at the Property?

Payments must be completed during the booking process before the check-in date.

Can I Pay in Installments?

Yes, guests can pay in installments and finalize the remaining payment by navigating to Trips, Pending Payments, and selecting the booking they would like to pay.
