How to Create Experiences That Resonate With Your Customers

  1. Open the Triply Business app.

  2. Go to "Menu" > "Experiences" > "Create/Add Experience."

  3. Input name, description, type, and location.

  4. Add meal plan, contact number, inclusions, and exclusions.

  5. Set start and end times, number of participants, and additional information then click "Next Step."

  6. Create a day itinerary with activity title, description, start/end time, and save.

  7. Add more itinerary items if needed and click "Next Step."

  8. Tag experience under appropriate categories then click "Next Step."

  9. For pricing and age requirements, input adult age and price, and child age and price.

  10. Insert cover photo and additional photos.

  11. Click "Publish."

How to Create a Memorable One-Day Trip

  1. Open the Triply Business app.

  2. Tap "Menu" from the homepage.

  3. Click "One-Day Trips > "Create/Add One-Day Trip."

  4. Enter trip details: name, category, location, contact number, date, inclusions, exclusions, meal plan, and additional information, and proceed to the next step.

  5. Input transport details: type, pick-up and drop-off locations, contact number, and maximum number of passengers.

  6. Proceed to itinerary creation: add activity title, description, start/end times, and save.

  7. Choose tags for the day trip and proceed to the next step.

  8. Input day trip description or generate using AI and proceed.

  9. Input adult and child age/pricing details.

  10. Insert cover photo and additional photos.

  11. Click "Publish."

  1. Open the Triply Business app.

  2. Tap "Menu" on the homepage.

  3. Click "Packages" > "Create/Add Package."

  4. Enter package details: name, description, location, contact number, nights, dates, inclusions, exclusions, meal plan, and maximum number of guests.

  5. Proceed to the next step.

  6. Specify package type, pick-up, and drop-off locations, and accommodation details.

  7. Add accommodation photos and additional information.

  8. Proceed to itinerary creation: add day title, activity title, description, start/end times, and save.

  9. Proceed to package pricing: input adult and child age/pricing details.

  10. Insert cover photo and additional photos.

  11. Click "Publish."

  4. Select the experience type by clicking the drop-down arrow.

  5. Input the experience name.

  6. Enter the experience location.

  7. Input the age of the adults by clicking the plus sign or typing the age in the textbox area.

  8. Input the price per adult by typing the price in the textbox area next to KES.

  9. Input the age of children by clicking the plus sign or by typing the age in the textbox area.

  10. Input the price per child by typing the price in the textbox area next to KES.

  11. Input the experience description.

  12. To add inclusions, type in the inclusion and press the + sign to add the inclusion(s).

  13. To add exclusions, type in the exclusion and press the + sign to add the exclusion(s).

  14. For additional information, type the information in the textbox then click the plus sign.

  15. To add highlights, type in the textbox area.

  16. To create an itinerary, click "Add Activity."

  17. Insert the activity title under "Title of the Activity."

  18. Insert a brief description in the textbox under "Trip Description."

  19. Input the start and end time by selecting the clock icon under "Start Time" and "End Time."

  20. Click "Save."

  21. Type in a cancelation policy that you would like travelers to be aware of.

  22. Insert the cover photo by clicking "Choose a File."

  23. Insert more photos of the experience by clicking "Choose Files."

  24. Click "Upload Now."

  25. Click "Next."

  26. Tag your experience by selecting the suitable tag(s) under the following categories:

    • Tours

    • Massage & Hot Springs

    • Water Activities

    • Outdoor Activities

  27. Click "Next."

  28. Review your experience and click "Publish."

  4. Select the day trip category by clicking the drop-down arrow and choosing the appropriate category.

  5. Input the trip name by typing in the text box under "Trip Name."

  6. Type and select the trip location.

  7. Choose the date by tapping the calendar section under "Trip Date."

  8. Input the age of adults by clicking the plus sign or typing in the textbox.

  9. Input the price per adult in the textbox next to the currency symbol.

  10. Input the age of children by clicking the plus sign or typing in the textbox.

  11. Input the price per child in the textbox next to the currency symbol.

  12. Provide a brief description of the trip.

  13. To add inclusions, type them in and press the + sign to add.

  14. To add exclusions, type them in and press the + sign to add.

  15. To add highlights, type in the textbox area.

  16. To add additional information, type it in and click the plus sign.

  17. To create an itinerary, click "Add Activity."

  18. Insert the title of the activity under "Title of the Activity."

  19. Input a brief description of the activity.

  20. Input the start and end times by selecting the respective boxes.

  21. Click "Save."

  22. Type in the cancellation policy you would like to apply to your trip.

  23. Insert the day trip cover photo by clicking "Choose a File."

  24. Upload additional photos by clicking "Choose Files."

  25. Click "Upload Now."

  26. Click "Next."

  27. Tag your day trip by selecting suitable tag(s) from categories such as:

    • Tours

    • Massage & Hot Springs

    • Water Activities

    • Outdoor Activities

  28. Click "Next."

  29. Review your day trip and click "Publish."

  9. For package pricing, input the price under "Set the package price."

  10. If it is per person sharing, tap the icon.

  11. Insert the start and end date by tapping the "Start Date" and "End Date" sections under "Package validity period" and click "Select."

  12. Add package combo by clicking the drop-down arrow.

  13. Type in a brief description of the package.

  14. To add inclusions, type them in and press the + sign to add.

  15. To add exclusions, type them in and press the + sign to add.

  16. To add additional information, type it in and press the + sign to add.

  17. To add highlights, type in the textbox area.

  18. Type in the cancellation policy you would like to apply to your trip.

  19. To create an itinerary, click "Add Day" and "Add Activity."

  20. Input the title under "Title of the Activity."

  21. Insert a brief description under "Describe your experience."

  22. If it is an hourly event, click the checkmark box.

  23. Input the start and end time by selecting the boxes under "Start Time" and "End Time."

  24. To add another activity, click "Add Activity" and follow the above steps.

  25. Insert the package cover photo by clicking "Choose a File."

  26. Upload additional package photos by clicking "Choose Files."

  27. Click "Upload Now."

  28. Click "Next."

  29. Review the package details and click "Publish."
