Open the Triply Business app and sign in using your email or Google.
Input your name, email, and phone number.
Verify your phone number with the OTP code.
Upload your photo and business logo.
Fill in your business details like name and description.
To list a property, click "Create" under "List your Property" and follow the steps listed in the "A Comprehensive Guide to Listing a Home" section.
Open the Triply Business app and navigate to "Menu" > "Listings" > "Listings & Special Offers" > "Add new listing."
Input property basics (name, location, phone number) and proceed.
Enter property details (guests, beds, etc.), set the price, and continue.
Select property amenities, including standout, entertainment, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, heating/cooling, parking, safety, and services.
Move to the next step.
Choose the property type (Apartment, House, etc.) and unique type (Cabin, Villa, etc.), then continue.
Select letting space (entire place, private room, shared room) and proceed.
Input property description or use AI-generated description.
Add a cover photo and upload additional photos.
Review listing details and publish the listing if the information is accurate.
If listed elsewhere, sync the calendar by pasting the link from another platform and clicking "Sync Calendar."
Open the Triply Business app and go to "Menu" > "Listings" > "Listings & Special Offers."
Click "Edit listing" to make changes.
To update title and location, select "Title and Location" and save changes.
For guest details and pricing adjustments, choose "Guest and Pricing" and save.
Change property type, unique type, and the letting space under respective categories.
Update property amenities by selecting "Property Amenities" and clicking “Save."
Manage photos by removing or adding them in the "Photos" section and save.
Block unavailable dates and sync the calendar with other platforms in "Calendar Integration."
Adjust rules such as check-in/check-out times in the “Rules” segment.
Make your home available for emergency bookings by navigating to “Emergency Bookings."
Choose and save your preferred cancellation policy.
Apply a tag to your home from the "Tags" section and save.
Open the Triply Business app.
Navigate to "Menu" > "Listings" > "Cleaning."
Click "Create Cleaning Task."
For post-checkout cleaning, choose "Check-out", select assignee and listing and click “Save."
For daily cleaning, select "Daily cleaning," choose assignee, and the listing.
Input cleaning dates and times.
Save the task.
Open the Triply Business app.
Go to "Menu" > "Listings" > "Listings & Special Offers” > "Create Special Offer."
Enter offer details: name, description, nights, and guest details.
Set validity dates.
Specify the offer price.
Add optional add-ons if desired.
Choose a tag.
Publish the offer.

Navigate to "Menu" > "Listings" > "Listings & Special Offers” > "Special Offers."
Click "Edit Special Offer."
Modify offer details like name, description, nights, validity, and tags.

To view earnings or withdrawals, click "Earnings" or "Withdrawals."

Click "Settings" > "Reset Finance PIN."
Get and verify the OTP code.
Set and confirm the new PIN.
Click "Submit."

Click "Settings” > "Delete Account."
Confirm the deletion by clicking "Delete Account" and then "Confirm."
Open the Triply Business app.
