For Android, please click Play Store to download the Triply App.
For iOS, please click App Store to download the Triply App.
Open the Triply App.
Insert your email address and click “Continue.”
Input your first and last name, confirm your email address, input your phone number, and click “Continue.”
Insert the verification code sent to your email address and click “Continue.”
Voila, you are now logged into your Triply account.
Verify your phone number by clicking “Get Verification Code.”
Input the verification code sent to your phone and email address.
Click “Verify Phone Number.”
You will get a confirmation notification and then you will click “Continue.”
Open your Triply App.
Navigate to “Profile.”
Click “Account Settings.”
Select “Delete Account.”
Click “Delete Account.”
Select “Confirm.”
You will receive a notification stating “Account Deleted Successfully.”
Open your Triply App.
Navigate to “Profile.”
Select “Profile Verification.”
Click “Verify Yourself.”
Take photos of your ID and a cheerful selfie.
Wait for verification notification.
Open your Triply App.
Navigate to “Profile.”
Navigate to “Contact Us.”
Select if you would like to send us a Whatsapp message or if you would like to call us.
Open your Triply App.
Navigate to “Profile.”
Tap “View Profile” under your name.
Click “Edit Profile.”
Update your profile information and click “Save.”
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Stays" or click "View All" under Stays.
Tap the search bar at the top of the screen.
Enter the location in the "Search by location" section.
Select your check-in and check-out dates.
Enter the number of guests, including adults and children.
Click "Search."
Scroll through the options and select your ideal home.
Click "Book Now."
Confirm your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests.
To pay in full, select "Pay Full Amount." A pop-up with your phone number will appear. Click "Pay Now" to receive an MPESA prompt on your phone and finalize the payment. Alternatively, you can pay via Paybill using the provided Paybill number.
To pay in installments, select "Pay in Installments" and click "Pay Now." A pop-up with your phone number will appear. Click "Pay Now" to receive an MPESA prompt on your phone and make the payment. Alternatively, you can pay via Paybill using the provided Paybill number.
Once you are done, you will receive a text message informing you that you have successfully made a booking, which is now awaiting approval.
Once the booking is approved, you will receive a confirmation message.
Note: If you paid in installments, you can view and make the final payment by doing the following:
Click on "Trips."
Tap "Pending Payments."
Select your trip and finalize the payment.
Once you make a payment, you will receive a confirmation message.
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Experiences" or click "View All" under Experiences.
Scroll through the available experiences and select your ideal one.
Click "Book Now."
Input your preferred dates.
Enter the number of guests, including both adults and children.
Select "Pay in Full" or "Pay in Installments."
To pay in full, select "Pay Full Amount." A pop-up with your phone number will appear. Click "Pay Now" to receive an MPESA prompt on your phone and finalize the payment. Alternatively, you can pay via Paybill using the provided Paybill number.
To pay in installments, select "Pay in Installments" and click "Pay Now." A pop-up with your phone number will appear. Click "Pay Now" to receive an MPESA prompt on your phone and make the payment. Alternatively, you can pay via Paybill using the provided Paybill number.
You can also search for experiences by tapping the search bar at the top of the screen.
Enter the location in the "Search by location" section.
Select your preferred dates and number of guests, then click "Search."
Scroll through the available experiences, select your ideal one, and book it.
Note: If you paid in installments, you can view and make the final payment by doing the following:
Click on "Trips."
Tap "Pending Payments."

Fill in the required information under your preferred ticket.
Click "Proceed to Checkout."
Enter your personal information.
Click "Pay Now" and a pop-up with your phone number will appear. Click "Pay Now" to receive an MPESA prompt on your phone and finalize the payment. Alternatively, you can pay via Paybill using the provided Paybill number.
Once you make the payment, you will receive a notification.
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Day Trips" at the top of the screen or click "View All" under Day Trips.
Scroll through the list of day trips and select your ideal one.
Click "Book Now."
Enter the number of adults and children by tapping "Add Guests."
To pay in full, select "Pay Full Amount." A pop-up with your phone number will appear. Click "Pay Now" to receive an MPESA prompt on your phone and finalize the payment. Alternatively, you can pay via Paybill using the provided Paybill number.

Once the booking has been approved, you will be able to see it under “Upcoming.”
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Trips" at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Pending Payments.”
Choose your desired trip and make another partial payment or finalize the full payment.
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Trips" at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Upcoming.”
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Trips" at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Past.”
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Trips" at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Cancelled.”
Open your Triply App.
Navigate through the list of stays, experiences, packages, one-day trips, and special offers.
For any item you wish to add to your wishlist, tap the heart at the top-right side of the item.
Open your Triply App.
Tap "Profile" at the bottom of the screen.
Select “WishList.”
Scroll through the items in your wishlist and book your ideal item(s).
Open your Triply App.
Navigate to your desired section or search for your desired item.
Once you select the suitable stay, package, or experience, select it and click “Add to Cart.”
Input your desired check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests.
Select “Add to Cart.”
You will receive a notification stating “Added to Cart Successfully.”
Open your Triply App.
Select the cart icon at the top-right side of the screen.
Scroll through the items in your cart and book your ideal item(s).
