Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Get Started."
Insert your email address or click "Sign in with Google" and click "Continue."
Input your first name.
Input your last name.
Double-check the email address.
Insert your phone number.
Click "Continue."
Insert the four-digit OTP code and click "Continue."
Upload your photo.
Confirm that your name, email address, and phone number are correct.
Click "Verify Phone Number" to verify your phone number.
Insert the verification code sent by text and email and click "Verify Number."
Click "Next Step."
Upload your business logo or photo.
Input your business name.
Input your business description.
Input the services you are offering.
Click "Next."
To list a property, click "Create" under "List your Property" and follow the steps highlighted in the "A Comprehensive Guide to Listing a Home" article.
To create a one-day trip, package, experience, or event, click "Create" under "Add your Adventure."
To create a one-day trip, click "One-Day Trip."
Follow the steps highlighted in the "How to Create a Memorable One-Day Trip" article.
To create a package, click "Package."
Follow the steps highlighted in the "Creating the Perfect Package: Tips and Tricks" article.
To create an experience, click "Experience."

To create an event, click "Event."

Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Listings" on the left side panel.
Click "Add a new listing."
Insert the Property Basics, which are the property name, location, and phone number, and click "Next."
Insert the Property Details, which are the guests, beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and set your price/night then click "Next."
Select the Property Amenities which are as follows:
Standout amenities like a pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, pool table, and fire pit.
Entertainment amenities like Wi-Fi and cable TV.
Bedroom and Laundry amenities like hangers, beddings, extra blankets, iron, mosquito net, and clothing storage.
Bathroom amenities like toiletries and hot water.
Kitchen and Dining amenities like a kitchen, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes and silverware, and hot water kettle.
Heating and Cooling amenities like portable fans and heaters.
Parking and Facilities like free parking, paid parking, CCTV security cameras, and a dedicated workspace.
Safety Items like smoke alarms, first aid kits, money vaults, door locks, and fire extinguishers.
Services such as luggage drop-off and long-term stays.
Once you are done, click "Next."
Choose the Property Unique Type which can be an Apartment, House, Secondary Unit, Unique Homes, Bed & Breakfast, or Boutique Hotel, and click "Next."
Select the Property Type such as Cabin, Villa, Townhouse, etc, and click "Next."
Select the Property Letting Space which can be an entire place, a private room, or a shared room, and click "Next."
Add a cover photo by clicking "Choose a file."
Add 5 or more photos in the next segment by clicking "Choose a file."
Click "Upload Now" and then select "Next."
Review your listing then click "Publish."
You can make the following changes to your listing:
Change the title and location
Change the number of guests, beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, and price
Change the property type
Change the unique property type
Change the property amenities
Change the property description
Remove and add photos
Block unavailable dates
Sync your calendar
Change or add rules
Adjust check-in and checkout times
Add rules
Make your home available for booking
Offer discounts for emergency bookings
View or change the cancellation policy
Select a tag for your home
To make the above changes, please follow the below steps or skip to your desired step.
Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Listings" on the left side panel.
Click "Edit listing."
To change the title and location, click "Title and Location."
Change the title or location and click "Save."
To change the number of guests, beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, and price, click "Guest and Pricing."
Change the number of guests, beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, or price and click "Save."
To change the property type, click "Property Type."
Change the property type and click "Save."
To change the property's unique type, click "Unique Type."
Change the property's unique type and click "Save."
To change the property letting space, click "Property Letting Space."
Change the property letting space and click "Save."
To change the property amenities, click "Property Amenities."
Change the property amenities and click "Save."
To change the property description, click "Property Description."
Change the property description and click "Save."
To manage photos, click "Photos."
To remove photos, click the X in the top-right corner of the photo.
To add photos, click "Choose a File."
Once you're done, click "Save."
To block unavailable dates, click "Calendar Integration."
Select the unavailable dates, click "Block Selected Dates" and then click "Save."
To sync your calendar, click "Calendar Integration."
Click "Sync Calendar."
If your home is available on other platforms like Airbnb, click the dropdown arrow and choose the platform.
Copy and paste the link from the other platform click "Sync Calendar" and then click "Save."
To view or change the cancellation policy, click "Cancellation Policy."
Select the desired cancellation policy and click "Save."
To change or add rules, click "Rules."
To adjust check-in and checkout times, select the clock icons and choose your preferred times.
Add rules such as no parties or events allowed, no smoking allowed, etc, by clicking the checkbox next to the rules.
Once you're done, click "Save."
To make your home available for booking after 9 p.m., click "Emergency Booking."
Check the box next to "Bookable” and if one can check in on their own, click the checkmark box next to "Allow Self Check-in."
If you would like to offer discounts for emergency bookings, enter the discount percentage.
Once you're done, click "Save."
To select a tag for your home, click "Tags."
Choose the tag you want to apply to your home from the dropdown menu and click "Save."
Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Listings" on the left side panel.
Choose "Cleaning."
Click "Create Cleaning Task."
If you wish for cleaning to be done after check-out, tap "Checkout."
Select the assignee under "Assignee."
Choose the listing under "Listing."
Set a sending time under "Set an exact sending time."
Once you are done, click "Save."
If you wish for cleaning to be done daily, click "Daily Cleaning."
Select the assignee under "Assignee."
Choose the listing under "Listing."
Input the cleaning dates under "Select Dates."
Input the cleaning time under "Set an exact sending time."
Click "Save."
Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Listings" on the left side panel.
Navigate to "Listings."
Click "Special Offer" under your listing.
Enter the offer title.
Input the offer description.
Specify the number of nights.
Set the validity dates under "Validity from" and "To" and click "Next."
Input the number of guests, beds, bedrooms, and baths.
Set the offer price under "Set Entire Offer Price."
Click "Next."
If you wish to add add-ons, type the add-ons in the textbox area.
Choose a suitable tag by clicking the dropdown arrow and selecting a tag.
Click "Publish."
Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Admin" on the left side panel.
Click on "Add Employee."
Upload the employee’s photo.
Input their first name, last name, and phone number.
Select the drop-down arrow under "Role" and choose the employee's role.
Input the salary in the box area under "Salary."
Select the drop-down arrow under "Frequency of Payment" and choose how often the employee will be paid.
Input the start date by selecting the calendar under "Start Date."
Insert the employee’s M-Pesa number under "Payment Number."
Select the drop-down arrow under "Employee Type" to specify the type of employment.
Click "Add Employee."
Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Admin" on the left side panel.
Select "Employees."
Click the Delete icon.
Click "Delete."
Log into the Triply Business website.
Click "Admin" on the left side panel.
Select "Employees."
Click the Pencil icon.
Make the Edits and click "Edit Employee."
You will receive a notification stating "Employee Updated Successfully."
Log into the Triply Business website.

Select "Users."

Upload the user’s photo.
Input their first and last name and email address.
Input their phone number under "Phone Number."
Click the drop-down arrow under "Assign Hotels" to select the listing you wish to assign to the user.

To send money to yourself or another number, click "Send Money."
Select "Self" or "Other."
Input the phone number and amount then click "Submit."
To withdraw money to a PayBill, click "Pay Bill."
Fill in the fields under "PayBill", including Pay Bill, Enter Account Number, and Enter Amount.
Click "Submit."
To save the PayBill information, click "Save for future use."
To withdraw money using a Till Number, click "Buy Goods."
Fill in the fields under "Till Number", including Enter Till Number and Enter Amount.
Click "Submit."
To save the Till information, click "Save for future use."
To buy airtime, click "Buy Airtime."
Select "Self" or "Other."
Input the phone number and amount.
Click "Submit."
To pay your employees, click "Pay Employee."
Search for the employee you wish to pay, insert the amount, and click "Pay Now."
To view your earnings, click "Earnings."
To view your withdrawals, click "Withdrawals."
To view employee payments, click "Employees Payments."
